You are invited to participate in the 66th annual North Carolina Azalea Festival Street Fair. This is an outside show open to all artists and artisans. A limited number of commercial vendors will be allowed to display and/or sell their goods.
No vendor will have exclusive rights to this show.
All vendor set-ups must be professional in appearance and manned at all times: booths will be monitored throughout the event.
Please note that you are required to bring all of your supplies with you. We simply just provide you the booth space.
Friday, April 12th
There is a $25.00 application fee in addition to booth fees that is due immediately after application is submitted. You must submit your application fee to be considered as a potential vendor. Upon submission you will receive an email with a link to pay your application fee online. If you wish to pay via money order or cashiers check, please make it out to NCAF and mail to our office at 5725 Oleander Drive, Ste. B-7, Wilmington, 28403. Thank you.
Artists and Artisans Vendor Booth Fees:
$250.00 per 10x10 booth
Commercial Vendor Booth Fees:
$500.00 per 10x10 booth
Food Vendor Booth Fees:
10ft. Frontage - $850.00 per booth
20ft. Frontage - $1,600.00 per booth
If you are selling food items (this includes samples) you must get a New Hanover County Temporary Food Establishment Permit.
